Stephanie was incredibly warm and welcoming upon arrival. This being my first session, I was a little nervous. Stephanie ensured my comfort and allowed for the transition needed to settle in. The session itself was amazing, she was incredibly accurate with stuck energy, physical pain areas, and experiences during the session. I left feeling a bit tired for such an emotionally charged session, but today I feel so much more clear and energized. I would highly recommend Stephanie and her practice!
