Okay, first, I want to say my actual name is Javier. The name you see above next to my profile picture is not real. But I'm sharing my name here so Victoria can read who's reviewing it, and if she remembers seeing me. So I've visited here at least 2 times so far. My customer service experience here was great, so I'll rate that a 5 stars. I liked the atmosphere too, so that's also a 5 stars. However, I'm not going to give a full 5 stars overall for a reason. She was accurate on things she said about my past and me as a person. I'll give her that. But there were some things she said almost a year ago, and earlier this year, where certain changes in life were going to happen to me this summer in 2023, but it never happened. I remembered clearly what was said. Since summer is almost over at the time of this writing, it was way off. I wasn't really disappointed, but I was intrigued by how she came to her conclusions. I personally believe there is more to this world beyond the 5 senses. Something out there is attracting me. I'd still come back at some point, but I wanted to share my honesty. 1+1+1+1= 4 stars
