so I called to find out how to get from one place to the main city, on amtrak bus. They told me. I said is there more than one stop in that city..they said yes. I have a meeting at a certain location there, so I asked if I give them the address of the place, if they could tell me what would be the best stop. They said no, I'd have to ask whoever you are meeting. I'm tired of this lack of service. I don't know the city I'm going to. They must have a map and/or addresses of their stops. So frustrating

Very nice train ride from Salem, Oregon to Vancouver, Washington. Small station with a well-lit parking lot. Clean restrooms and clean indoor seating area. The Greyhound and Amtrak customer service booths are inside the main building. Plenty of bench seating outside as well.

The station was quite nice, clean, and a nice piece of architecture, the seating may seem that it’s lacking but for the amount of people who actually get on, it’s quite plentiful, only problem is the staff are always missing, either on the platform or on break
