James is energetically clear, fair and seems to be accurate (I can't say for certain being the future hasn't happened yet, but other things were very accurate). He is very giving and is no b.s. I didn't feel as though he got personally emotionally involved in the reading, as many practitioners tend to do. His space is also clear. It is comfortable and grounding.
