I have taken the Reiki level one training class and it was great. I definitely felt the attunement that was given to me. I think it helps more if you are practicing meditation often. Such a relaxing day. I'm practicing and getting ready to attend the level two hopefully soon. Thank you.

not a good experience/ introduction to Reiki. I learned more from the book I had read about the practice. The instructor was rather scattered, totally ignored to cover some important notes (i.e. the 5 Reiki principles). Worst part: when it came to hands-on practice, she said "let's gang up!" and that's exactly what they did to me. I had two students plus the instructor touching me simultaneously. Obviously the TYPE and manner of touch is of utmost importance in this practice, but the instructor (Sea) failed to address or make any adjustments to the students' touch. so i was laying there with my head pushed into the bed by one of the students and I felt nothing but anxiety and discomfort. I would have rather paid for a more expensive class but got a better instruction. 1/10 rating.
