Sheila is a master practitioner. She is skillful and it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend a session with Sheila!

For starters this was not my first reiki experience. I had a reiki session once before. I met Sheila in a social setting and began to ask her questions about my first session. And I realized that there were things that should have been discussed prior to my first session. The level of comfort she gave me in that one conversation made me want to book and session with her. I know that people are apprehensive about reiki especially allowing just anyone to do that type of work. Sheila gave me the best feeling to be able to do her work and that's feeling safe! She explained what she does and what I might expect because everyone has a different experience. As she's working her magic she also checks on you to assure you are comfortable and know that you are in a safe space. Once your session is done she discuss what she saw and what she did. Its more like a conversation. I don't generally open up to people so easily so for her to make it so comfortable for me to open up the way I did was unexpected and amazing. Needless to say I will be booking my next session with her again!
