A fraud. I could see she does not really follow any protocol nor rellies heavily on actual interpretation of the cards. It seems to me that what she does is mostly cold reading: starting by pointing out vague and common claims that could apply to almost anyone, making plausible suggestions based on experience, accommodating the client's profile as she gets more information, telling him what he/she might want to hear... She also makes the mistake of assuming the client would just believe anything she says just because she gets it right here and there. That is why she is getting one star from me. It is not cool to make stuff up about curses on you that do not exist just to make a buck. Worst of all, confidently saying such things without drawing the cards and actually reading them! That is not how it works!
