I thoroughly enjoyed my first Reiki experience with Erica. I was new to Reiki, but I had heard great things about it from families in the military/veteran community. She explained how it would work, and answered my questions. I appreciated her warm and friendly attitude. The actual Reiki session was very relaxing. I appreciate how it lowered my stress! I will absolutely be returning to Erica for more Reiki sessions in the future.
