I was introduced to Martha Spruce and Hearts & Hands Reiki in Brunswick, Maine about 4 years ago, when I was searching for answers to spiritual questions as I cared for my terminally ill wife. I knew almost nothing about Reiki but decided to sign up for Reiki I. It was a profound experience. Martha has a way of guiding a student through the class until Reiki is integrated into his or her being. I went on to study Reiki II and Reiki III with Martha. I am not a practitioner but I can not imagine not having an awareness of Reiki and its energy flow.
Reiki is within all of us. We just need a gifted teacher/practitioner to guide us and help us understand this gift. I believe Martha is that person. Martha doesn’t “do” Reiki … she “is” Reiki. So whether you want to learn to practice Reiki or simply want to experience Reiki in a comfortable, safe environment, please consider working with Martha. You will not be sorry.
