Carmelo and the entire team at ASCEND are all genuine and kindhearted. They know their stuff and helped my wife and I find the pieces we were looking for and gave us a better understanding of what we needed while not previously considering those prior to coming into the shop. When in the Salem area, please make it a point to stop it, it is a great use of time.

Lynn Jacques is truly gifted and gave our group reading with such grace, patience, and empathy. She also made us each feel comfortable and we concluded the session feeling much lighter. For my personal reading, Lynn was able to unlock a project that I have contemplated but never shared with anyone before. It caught me by surprise and encouraged me to make it happen. All of the staff at ASCEND were super friendly and very informative. Highly recommend the aura photo as well. The analysis I received on my aura photo was in line with Lynn’s reading of my personality and energy. I plan to visit again soon!

Amazing experience with Ascend! I commissioned a custom pair of earrings and I was beyond blown away by the customer service, kindness, and craftsmanship. Carmelo and Crow worked personally with me to make me the perfect pair of special earrings for my wedding. They are amazing and I recommend anyone to buy any jewelry from them.
