Scheduled an appointment with Amber maybe 4 or 5 days in advance. She no showed (the place is on the second floor, front door was locked, no one answered the doorbell or phone. To make it worse, they never called me back or texted, nothing. No form of followup. Bummed to report this is a total disappointment all around.
