I got my autism testing last year and despite multiple emails have NEVER gotten any reply I have been waiting for an answer forever and this is really hard for me. I am honestly thinking about going to that same office and asking for the boss for that office

This place is horrible! We got nothing but the run around for months! We called to make an appointment for my son in May. They cancelled the appointment the day of and said it could not be rescheduled for 3 months later. My son was in desperate need of medication management. When they did reschedule, they put us with a new provider with only 2 years of experience for a 10 year old and not even an MD and did not mention this while scheduling the new appointment. We then called back, rescheduled with the original doctor which was another 3 months out and when we finally got to the appointment, were told that she was leaving and she could do nothing. This place is a complete joke! When it comes to mental health, they need to learn how to deal with their clients and patients in a more professional manner and learn how to communicate.
