I am NOT a techie by any stretch of the imagination.
Cari Drake patiently walked me through the process, up to and including a meeting in person if necessary. My library (which she recommended) was able to assist me and finish the project.
I highly recommend Ms Drake, especially to those who, like me, are technologically challenged!
