We had a nice experience here at EarthWise. We were actually visiting Pella while travelling and a tornado warning was issued for Pella. After several other stores refused for us to take shelter with our dogs, we went to EarthWise and they gladly let us stay in the basement until the tornado passed by the area. The staff member, Jessi, was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. There were a lot of high quality ingredient foods/treats and other good selections of items for a reasonable price.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful store with neat & clean presentation. Very fair pricing on all items. Although most items are geared toward dogs, they had very interesting cat toys.
