Contacted Victoria Love one week after losing my loved one. She sent out an email asking about an appt time. I responded with my wanted time. The appt. day and time came. For some odd reason my cell phone decided to act up and not let me place the call. I waited for Victoria to call me. Nothing came through so I chalked it up to my phone issues or miscommunication.
The next day I received an email the next day asking what happened. I told in short what happenef and she told me I could have used another phone which I could not. Also accussed me of being disrespectful of her time and made numerous insults via email. At the end of the email she offered me 15 min of my previously paid 45 min. I told her I understood her policy but would no longer like the reading as she had made me feel uncomfortable with her rudeness and insults.
She sent another long winded email claiming I took issue with her policy, which I never said or did to justify her electronic rants. I then asked her not to contact me again and that I would do the same. Horrible experience!

Mama Vi I have been getting guidance from her for about 3 years. She is like a mentor to me and a mother, any time I use her services, she always tells me where I am moving and its more like a convo rather than a rushed call.
She really cares about her clients, that is why I always return to her 1 time or twice out the year for her gifted guidance.
