Helena was very professional and invested in helping me through Chiron sessions. She used many different techniques known to her to help me with my issue. At the end I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Helena.

I’ve attended a couple of Helena’s sound baths recently, and not only were they incredibly relaxing, but I also felt better physically. I always believe in interconnection between stress, mind and body, and if you release the stress, why shouldn’t it help with the aches and pains. I didn’t even expect that and went for the relaxation affect, but it worked for me! Helena was excellent with the instruments and guided meditation.
