This is a really welcoming, safe practice. After my first class with Kim, I feel more at peace than I have in years and connected with other folks who came with the intention of finding space and serenity. Kim uses many methods and tools to guide us towards opening ourselves up to the wonders of the earth and and the inherent wisdom we carry within ourselves.
