If I could do 10 stars I would. This was absolutely the best insurance experience I have ever had. John Obrien is our hero. If anyone ever needs a new agent Vermost and John will be who we highly recommend. Fantastic! The switchboard girl is very welcoming when you call in. She is an asset to the company. I just moved my homeowners and auto insurance to Vermost Insurance. I was assigned an agent named Christine Earle. She is fantastic to work with. Very smart and easy to talk to. Most importantly, she is knowledeable and could point me in the right direction for insurance needs. She always answered all my questions extremely quickly. Based on my experience with Christine, I have to believe Vermost is a very well run agency as they most certainly hire smart, qualified and customer centric employees.
