My visit to the Largo ENT was blessed because of Courtney and Leah. They both made the experience of a doctor visit both very comfortable and welcoming. I'd recommend at least a bonus, or raise .....or at least praise. Thank you . Great staff .

Absolutely the worst experience ever at a specialist. Called to make sure they take my insurance and they were on the insurance website (United). Made an appointment online. Called me to tell me I need to reschedule because I need a hearing test. Fine, no problem. Checked in for the next appointment at least twice online days before my appointment. Uploaded everything including my referral from my primary care and insurance card. Show up for the SECOND appointment only to be told they need to get a referral from my insurance company too??? Extremely frustrating. Show up to the THIRD appointment after getting the referral from United that has Dr. Leto’s name on it. Is show ip only to be told they don’t take my insurance and it will be $250. What in the world????
