Everything was really great, Elizabeth seemed really knowledgeable on what has been going on with my inner health without me giving that information, but rather by the sound procedures. It was relaxing and best of all i felt much better leaving. Definitely will be back.

This place is unbelievably good! Elizabeth, the owner, is a genuine soul who exudes love and healing. I have attended several Sound Bowl Healings, which have been super relaxing on a deep level. I attended the Reiki 1 Class, taught by Elizabeth who did an amazing job. I also received a facial from Elizabeth today and it was one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever gotten. Super healing and rejuvenating. I am already booking my next sessions! Love this place.

WOW! As soon as you open the door the energy is just so peaceful. I love this spa and it is definitely on the top of my list for places where I need to recharge and reset. The yoga studio is beautiful and they offer a fantastic shop with all kinds of herbs and crystals. The staff is very knowledgeable in helping you to select just the right items for you. I highly recommend Au Naturale for your next self-care day!
