First of all, the place is hard to find. Although I, personally, did not have an appointment for a reading, my sister did and I accompanied her. We were right on time and Robin had even told her what street to look for to park on and she called and was told it was an over-the-phone reading. Question: who would drive to a location - with specific directions for where to park - for a phone reading? Status: highly disappointed.
