Sonia offers amazing therapy, I have never felt more comfortable with a therapist. The space is beautiful, and she really goes out of the way to make you feel so welcome! Her unique brand of therapy is exactly what I needed!

Sonia is amazing! I have seen several therapists over the past few years and she is the best one I have met. She completely understands me and totally clicks! She takes a great approach to treating anxiety and depression and not only laughs with me but is also serious and has helpful feedback. I have never had better mental health care and couldn’t recommend her more!
