I love this studio! Everyone is so welcoming and a pleasure to spend time with. The studio is beautiful and so peaceful. The instructors are great. I love the yoga hikes with Tracy, and yoga with Trish at Harkness was amazing! This little studio is snuggled away in downtown New London and you will be surprised at the feelings you get when you walk inside.

Blissworks is home for me. I am always welcomed as a family member. I have been a part of this warm community for at least 10 years. I have taken yoga classes, Reiki sessions, sound bath/immersions at Harkness and in studio. I know that whatever class, event etc. that I attend, I will have a great experience. I have gained so much from being a part of this fantastic community and look forward to more.

I just finished a 1 hour reflexology appointment with Amy. The process is wonderful. Amy is gentle, plays beautiful music and it is one of the best ways to spend an hour. My feet feel so much better and I feel healthier. I encourage everyone to try reflexology with Amy at Blissworks.
