I contacted them them through the website because I haven’t seen anything on the internet addressing my issue of the soils separating from my palm and lifting up. Brandon responded within a few hours requesting pics. He gave me his interpretation of what is going with my palm. Explaining there is possibly some obstruction like a big rock blocking my tree so the roots are shifting . I appreciate his quick response and pray his evaluation of my situation is correct.
