I stumbled into Luv Light by chance and had a tremendously healing experience with Jane. She adjusted her schedule so she could see me for a full hour of acupuncture session. I came in with a strained knee and sore back from a recent skiing injury, and was visibly holding in quick a bit of tension and discomfort on my body. Jane has a sympathetic and calming bed side manner which calmed me down from the pinches of the needles. Within minutes I felt sensations of energy and heat through my back down my legs, and a surge of energy that flowed through my entire body. I released so much tension and pain during the session and walked out feeling 20 lbs lighter and super relaxed. Thank you so much, Jane!

After slipping on the ice and landing hard on my back, a friend suggested I visit Dr.Jay Holt, an acupuncturist.
Jay took his time to understand the problem, then properly address it. After just the second visit, my back was substantially improved. If you have pain in Telluride, I would highly recommend Jay. I really appreciated his vast knowledge and experience. Thank you Jay!

Jane, or Jane the Healer, as I now call her, is the only practitioner in over 15 years who has been able to help me with the pain in my shoulder. She was the first practitioner to treat both my body and the emotional pain trapped within it. My Spirit feels so much lighter. I've been to so many doctors, had an MRI, injections, PT, Osteopath work- the whole gamut. I can't believe how much better my damn shoulder feels after one visit with Jane. It's literally easier to breathe because I didn't really register how much pressure was constantly on my diaphragm and rib cage all these years. I didn't understand how much physical pain I was in everyday until I wasn't. There aren't words for me to properly express how grateful I am to Jane. Looking forward to our next session! Thank you again for all that you do!
