My path crossed with McKenzie's at what seems like the perfect time when I moved back to the valley. I did a whole cacao ceremony series following the chakras with her and Amelia. Those ceremonies were life changing...they gave me the space to come back to myself after I had been abandoning myself for so long. After that series finished, I started to do reiki with McKenzie and eventually became Reiki level II certified through her. I've also popped into a few of her yin and fire flow classes as well. When I've been in a tough spot, she has taken the time and energy to use some of her life coach skills/ practices to help me work through it. McKenzie is so tapped in to her own intuition and she has helped me immensely in listening to my own over the course of our friendship. I have grown so much over the last year since meeting her and I don't think I would be where I am at without her influence in my life. Spirit definitely brought us together in divine timing. She is a strong woman, a beautiful healer, and a very dear friend. I have so much love and respect for the practice that she has cultivated and shares with others.

McKenzie is the reason I fell in love with yoga. Not only does she have a beautiful practice but she has encouraged me to push beyond my own boundaries both physically and mentally. She has an amazing ability to connect with people on another level and has helped me grow as a person. I can’t thank her enough for being such a bright presence in our community. We will miss her in Grand County but I can’t wait to see where her light leads her to next.
