I am a somewhat skeptical guy and need to see evidence for belief. Alma, at Starting From the Inside Out, has some real abilities in the spiritual realm. If you are willing to accept change and are looking to receive a spiritual surgery, she's done wonders from my experience. One by one Your Chakras are observed and worked on individually; along with the "cutting of cords," which aids in releasing certain stresses or habits that are no longer serving you. I have a binweekly session, and I actually need to schedule my next one! Thank you! Success in my personal business, profession, and personal life has been better with each session.

Had the best distance reiki session done by alma (me personally being immune compromised she is the perfect option). Definitely felt relaxed and reduced pain and tension throughout my body. I felt very refreshed and was able to think more clearly then I would have just after a workout at the gym. She also does follow ups which was very nice to see she cares about her clients. I will being calling to set up more appointments for sure. I recommend her 60 minute session.
