Wow! I was feeling a bit stuck and Christina helped me identify what was going on. She and I discussed my chakras and why they might be blocked. She gave me some great tools and ideas to move through these blockages.
Christina’s studio is amazing! It is beautiful and comfortable and filled with positive energy as is Christina! Her ability to get you in a meditative state is fantastic! I really enjoyed all the vibrations from the crystal bowls as she played them. I had so much energy when I left!
I am so thankful that my path has crossed with Christina! I am excited for my next session with her!

When I first met Christina, I was struck by her language and words. She has clearly been doing the work and has talent for listening and holding space. Knowing that, I was still blown away by my energy healing session with her. Christina explained what would happen during my time together, which helped me settle in. I felt safe, held, and guided. I had a very powerful and impactful experience. Afterwards, I got to debrief with her and especially love that she took and sent me notes. So compassionate, connected, professional, and talented. I would recommend Kapwa Healing to anyone.

Energy work?! Reiki?! Sound Healing?! Yes!!! And all the good vibes that come with it. I had received Reiki once before years ago, so I understand how powerful it was and how much it helped me heal myself. But seeing Christina was beyond what I expected, it was magical. Not only did she do a great job of explaining what to expect, she also set a comforting atmosphere where I felt safe enough to open up myself to be healed. The experience was incredibly profound and deeply personal, so I won’t share those details. But I will mention her exceptional after care where she talked through what she discovered and empowered me with tools to continue my healing. If you are new to energy work or it’s your go to healing modality, Christina at Kapwa Healing is the person to see!!! 🧡✨
