I went in with many chords that were weighing me down and after a couple sessions she cleared me and I felt so LIGHT She could feel things that were going on in my life without saying a word. I highly recommend any service that she provides. She has such a calming presence and I completely trust her energy and healing hands on me. Bernadette's energy is warm, loving, kind, strong, and confident, and I was immediately at ease and felt safe with her. I had one in-person session and one remote session. Both sessions were very helpful. During my first session, I wasn't thinking about anything in particular except, "Hmmm...wonder how she does this..." when, (seemingly) out of nowhere, I burst into tears and had a great emotional release that lasted a few minutes. Bernadette calmly said, "It's okay." I could feel my whole body vibrating and energy shifts happening during both sessions. Since my sessions, I have felt lighter and my energy has been much better. Bernadette's notes and her recommendations following our sessions have been very helpful and confirmed what I had been thinking and feeling in regards to healing myself and continuing on a more spiritually focused path in my life. Bernadette is an amazing reiki healer. I had two amazing sessions with her. Before my first session with her I was struggling with feeling like my old self and it was affecting my physical health and self-esteem. After my first session I was able to work out again! I would have really bad sciatica flare up and after my first session it disappeared. Then after my second session I felt whole again. She informed of things I need to work on and was very helpful.
