I contacted MONICA'S business number and left a message, but did not receive a return call. As a result, I made an appointment for reiki on her website and received a confirmation as soon as possible. Later, I received two separate text messages reminding me of the appointment, the first on Tuesday and the second on Thursday. It was scheduled for Friday, 6 p.m. As of this writing, I have not received a call back from my original telephone call or my subsequent voice mail message. Due to a scheduled vacation day, I had a short work week at work. The Reiki treatment would serve as a "kick off" to my long-awaited vacation from my hectic and stressful work schedule and job. MONICA failed to appear at the scheduled appointment time. After clocking out early from my job, I drove straight to the address indicated on the confirmation. I found the DOOR LOCKED. No one was AT THE LOCATION. I texted MONICA immediately. Her response was a lukewarm apology. And have not heard from her since. So the only thing I have left do, is write a review based on my experience: UNRELIABLE UNPROFESSIONAL
