I found Akiko through an online search and I’m so thankful that I did. At the time, I was going through a rough patch. I felt listless, discouraged, and frustrated with the state of my life. I’d seen multiple therapists and tried more healing methods & techniques than I can count. I was exhausted but I’m so grateful that I never gave up. After 1 reiki session with Akiko, I felt uplifted, renewed and hopeful. With her gentle yet powerful energy healing, she helped me release the stuck energy, fear and sadness that was holding me back. I have always been a bit hesitant about hypnotherapy but after that first reiki session, I felt ready to try hypnotherapy with Akiko. She is such a gentle, kind person whose presence alone is comforting. Akiko never judged me for any of my struggles. She made me feel comfortable, at ease and cared for. I always felt that I was in good hands. Over the course of 6 sessions, Akiko helped me heal and balance my energy; uncover limiting beliefs; gain insight about my purpose & future; and heal from trauma stemming from my childhood and adolescence. Akiko also helped me better understand my relationship with my mother (which had been causing me severe distress) and heal my ancestral line. This program was truly life changing! The best thing is that that the work you do with Akiko keeps giving back to you long after it’s completed. It’s been nearly 2 months since my last session and I am feeling the benefits of our work together more and more each day. It’s like debris has been swept away from my vision, mind, heart, and soul.
