Lisa and Sara have been a god send on my spiritual journey! I am so grateful I have come across such powerful healers. Every reiki session I have had with Lisa has been so healing, with so many downloads and guidance/support and I have felt more at peace than ever before. I love how passionate the practitioners are with their work - everything is explained so well with tons of information and with so much love and patience. They really take their time in listening and understanding their clients. I bought a reiki session as a Valentine’s gift to myself after a horrible emotional time in my life, and getting super sick and ending up at the hospital emergency room (which wasn’t a surprising event in my life since I was in and out of hospitals back then). I didn’t really know what to expect even if I did have some experience with reiki in my 20s (20 years ago). All I knew was that I was drawn to it and i knew that I was ready to try it. And I thank God and the Universe that I went with my gut feel and booked a session with Sandy. Three months in and not only have I healed various traumas and anxieties, my journey has catapulted me into a space where I am thriving and starting work that resonates with my purpose. I know it sounds too good to be true, but Reiki has opened up a part of my world that I can only describe as magical (and this is coming from a huge advocate of science and logic). Reiki just makes sense - on all planes - physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and metaphysical. And Sandy navigates all these planes with the ease and magic of a true healer and energy worker. I have faced many of my most painful and scary moments being held in the most loving and light-filled space with this woman. She has definitely gone to war and back with and for me - all for my greatest and highest good, and I never will have enough words to convey how it has changed my life and made it way more beautiful and aligned. And on a lighter note, I also love trying to figure out how our souls know each other - because she definitely is a soul sister who I am blessed to have met.

I recently attended the Level 1 Reiki Training with Megan Guy and it was such an amazing experience! I’ve been feeling called to the Reiki path for a long time now and I was very divinely led to Reiki of San Diego and am so grateful I found them. The training was such an intimate experience, I felt so connected and supported by Megan and the group of students. I left feeling so calm and at peace! I also attended one of the monthly Sound Baths they host and it was such a touching experience… it’s so healing just being in a space of like-minded people. I am excited to be on this path and continue my journey with Reiki! :)
