WOW! Is what I can say about Carolina!! The level of knowledge, compassion, grace, and intuition that Carolina brings is beyond superb. She not only leads and teaches, but fully embodies her offerings. Clearly, these offerings are imbued with her rich understanding of the physical & spiritual worlds, and also with a whole lotta LOVE!
I have had the great fortune to participate in several of Carolina's workshops over the last decade+, and each one has proven life changing in so many positive ways.

I have worked with Carolina as a nutritional guide, a yoga teacher and a Reiki practitioner/healer. She is kind, supportive and encouraging. I love being around her authentic high-vibrational energy! The yoga workshops/classes she led continue to inform and improve my practice. Her Reiki healing session was both powerful and calming. I am looking forward to continuing to work with Carolina.

My sessions with Carolina are truly magical! She is such a skilled healer, and extremely gifted in knowing exactly what the soul needs. She is patient and kind. Carolina immediately identified the energy blockages that I held onto for years and went to the root of my issues. For days after my sessions I feel a sense of calm and inner peace. I feel like she really understands my healing journey, and doesn’t give up until we work it all out.
