I did the Thursday evening Breakthrough Breathwork class led by Vanessa and it was amazing! Everyone should try something like this at some point in their life!

An absolutely amazing experience. Kiki and Gianni were absolutely beautiful souls that guide you through breath work and sound healing (if that’s the class you choose). Be prepared to be cleansed, enlightened, & healed. Be prepared to feel. I highly recommend to anyone on a healing journey. I will definitely be coming again :)

Beautiful studio with shopping options. The lighting in the studio was perfect this morning, the hint of burning sage in the shop too. The props also are plenty, so you can get cozy and comfy in the restorative class. I highly recommend this studio!
