I recently received my reiki certification from Sol in the new year. Before the course started, I was in a really lethargic place and felt disconnected from my spiritual self. Sol's class was a beautiful and protective space that promoted connection and introspection. By the end of the 5 weeks of the course, I felt so much lighter and empowered. I'm grateful for the opportunity to have learned from Sol and to have met such incredible people in the program :)

I was looking for a reiki certification program that was more than just a day or two. I'm so grateful that I found Sol Healing and her self-discovery cohort. The process was self-affirming with meditation and conversations, I feel a connection to those I was on the journey with and excited to continue to work and grow with the community. We learned not only the practice of reiki but also about how to create a thriving business and enhance your services by incorporating essential oils, yoga, and sound baths. Sol is a passionate and caring instructor, I definitely will take another course/training program with her.

Sol provided a phenomenal Mother's Day sound bath experience for LIFT Los Angeles. For most of our members, it was their first experience with a sound bath meditation. It was a beautiful sight to witness our mamas resting, taking deep breaths, and taking a moment to focus on themselves. Thank you, Sol, can't wait to work with you again!
