I recently had the honor, and privilege of a reiki session with Emily. It was nothing short of magical. I have been on a mental and physical wellness journey this year and was hit with some debilitating insomnia. The stress of it was effecting every part of my life. I went to Emily to see if moving energy around my body would help, and boy did it ever!! She has an incredible gift. I felt calm and relaxation on her table almost immediately, and for the first time in weeks! I had never had a full reiki session before so I wasn’t sure if I would feel anything, and I can say I felt everything! She filled me with calm and moved all negative, unwanted energy through my body, and what felt like, right out my feet! I can’t wait to go back and continue on this healing journey with her!

After only 1 session I can tell Emily has a true gift at helping people via energy healing. I felt comfortable right from the start & throughout the session thx to her calming energy & guidance. I really liked how she helped me set a few simple but specific intensions before starting Reiki with her. I could keep coming back to these during my session. I truly felt energy release that I didn't even know was stuck in my body. At the end of the session I enjoyed our conversation about the experience. She asked me if it was ok before we spoke & since I was up for it it was really great to hear her perspective as well. I also really liked that she respected my space and asked before just jumping into this. I will definitely be coming back!
