I'm a psychotherapist in LA and I've been in the business a long time. I'm also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with over 600 hours of certifications on the healing arts. I can spot a natural healer when I see one, and Kerstin is that. She's an incredible natural healer and a phenomenal yoga teacher. I had the pleasure of finding her through word of mouth, when a friend took me to her Tues night yoga classes at the top of a building in Downtown LA. Kerstin practices Yin Yoga, in which poses are held for longer periods of time. From the first class, I knew my body deactivated, and I was letting go of stuff. I felt a recharge on a Tuesday that I rarely felt doing other forms of self-care (meditation, weightlifting, running, basketball, swimming). I knew after the first session that, "This is a different level of care for the body," so I kept going to the Tues sessions as much as possible. I recently took a private session with Kerstin, and her knowledge base and experience are so vast in depth that she tailored a session to heal my sore back, shoulders and energy. (I didn't know you can tailor yoga until today). After an hour session, I feel completely recharged, restored, and refreshed. And from one healer to another, I have a deep sense of gratitude for the care she expressed towards my being. I highly recommend Kerstin to anyone who wants to stay attuned to their body, find alignment, and heal. She's on a different level.
