I believe one of the things that makes a great coach is the ability to shift their clients way of thinking. Joey has done a great job at this. She was able to help me take control of my life by letting go of old thought patterns that were inevitably holding me back from being my best me. She is intuitive and comforting but does not sugar coat things, which I find essential in order to make progress. I have had many ah ha moments working with her and highly recommend her as a coach.

As the saying goes, behind every successful coach is another great coach!! :)) I met Joey in our coaching program, to which our experience together created a friendship and respect for each other that extended long after we finished the program.
