HANDS + LIGHT offers hands-on intuitive reiki sessions in the Southern California area and distance sessions by video or phone. Sessions begin with a verbal assessment and include traditional hand placements and intuitive focuses. Guided reiki meditations are available for individuals, groups and special events. Emily was a huge help for me. I'm fairly new to being sensitive to energies, and sometimes it gets so uncomfortable to deal with and adjust to. A few months ago I was feeling so off, overwhelmed, anxious, energetically blocked especially in my chest area. I reached out to Emily for a treatment, and the whole session was a trip. I felt the heat from her hands immediately start disintegrating every energy block in my chest and heart chakra. It was amazing...and in the end, I felt light again.
Emily has a gift and I encourage everyone to experience what she can do for their health and well being.

Thank you Emily for this beautiful custom made macrame piece! The driftwood was found in my hometown and now I have a piece of home wherever I live :) and I love the crystal in the middle too! A perfect piece for my new space.

The macrame piece I commissioned Emily to create for my friend's birthday was over and above anything I could've expected. It was HUGE and STUNNING and fit perfectly on the wall behind his headboard. She even added a reiki-infused Quartz crystal into the center! I can't say enough about the quality and beauty. 10/10.
