Wonderful!! Sarah is an incredible guide on whatever journey you choose to go on with her. My main goal our visit was general wellness and relaxation. I had never done Reiki or a sound bath before, and Sarah was excellent in talking us through the steps of what she was doing and what to expect. I felt like I was getting an education and a chakra cleanse! All of the instruments and tools Sarah used for each step were top notch. I was SO relaxed, I ended up falling asleep half way through the sound bath! Overall, it was a great experience. Sarah is so open and welcoming, you feel right at home with her!
