I found Jen when looking for a Reiki session to help with an injury. I feel so lucky to have found her. After a powerful Reiki session I found a lot of relief. She recommended taking Kundalini Yoga classes with her to help healing my body. She is an amazing teacher. Our kundalini sessions have been incredible to say the least. She is definitely a healer.

I always have a profound experience when I see Prakash Nam. She is an incredible healer who has taught me so much and helped me tremendously. Going through her Reiki training class, I feel truly blessed to have her as my guiding teacher and Reiki Master. Her healing is so powerful and loving.
I am forever grateful for her and her amazing work <3

Where to start?! Grateful to have intersected paths with Prakash, she introduced me to Kundalini yoga - such a breath of fresh air to experience. And she has brought so much meaning to some of my major life events. We did reiki + sound healing throughout my pregnancy, such a special way to bond with my child feel the magic of pregnancy. She facilitated my baby blessing, it felt like a rite of passage. And most recently she was the officiant of my wedding, so meaningful & unique with her presence and the gongs. I'm excited to see what the next beautiful thing will be that will bring us together! Love her kindness, professionalism, and energy.
