Before meeting with Bethany I was swimming in a pool of uncertainty and confusion. Bethany supported me in seeing my "regal authority power" and helped me to step into that power a bit more and with clarity. I so appreciate having Bethany to meet with each week, she holds me accountable with love and creates a sense of urgency when I'm wanting to self-sabotage and avoid things. I've been able to move forward from a relationship, get out of the fog, and create action steps for creating next steps in my career. Did you have any resistance initially? Oh yes! I can easily dig in my heels and not do something when I feel pushed to do it - even when it's for my own good. Bethany was patient with me when avoidance and stubbornness surfaced. She learned quickly how to gently nudge so that I wouldn't shut down...or perhaps she just cleared that for me. :) Why would you recommend to anyone? Bethany has a combination of tools that allows her to meet the many needs of her clients in any given session. I appreciate that she allows sessions to flow organically and follows her intuition when determining what a client might need from her on a particular day. She is not tied to her own agenda or ego.
