Reiki who knew? Working from home the past year leads to all kinds of different stresses I went from walking and talking all day at work, to sitting all day but more stress. My weekly Reiki sessions allow me to decompress and reset and get my days back on track. Helping my body and mind and not hurting my wallet...Thanks guys!

I always look forward to end of week because I know my Reiki session with Eryn will take a week’s worth of stress and anxiety off my chest, leaving me feeling lighter and balanced. I walk away from my sessions with a clearer mind and a higher energy than what I started with. Eryn always takes the time to assess where you are mentally and physically so she can focus on making sure that her time is spent on those areas. I’ve been going to Eryn for years for massage therapy and her hands are amazing at finding those tight areas and stress points, literally melting them away; however, during COVID, Eryn and I shifted to virtual Reiki sessions and I really do credit these sessions with helping me make the unmanageable seem manageable.

I've always been a fan of massage therapy and reiki and healing arts in-person, but didn't know where to turn during the pandemic. Thank goodness for Eryn and Reiki Relaxes, who have been an essential part of my well-being practices during COVID! I was skeptical of distance reiki at first, but I figured I had nothing to lose to try it (and affordable too!). Now, I go every other week, and Reiki has alleviated my stress, anxiety, depression, soreness, and aches. Thank you Eryn and Reiki Relaxes for helping me be more in-tune with my body and providing healing during a time when we really need it!
