Even if you are atheist you can learn to go within your body and be filled with peace with inside yourself. Fueled with inspiration. If you don't have any religious background you can come and find your own higher self through meditation by learning how to still your mind and body and go within. I cannot say enough about this Church/Temple 🙏📿🦢🪷
