I LOVE this metaphysical store! Great product selection and staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the owner Sicily is often there and she is very nice and you can tell she is passionate about her business. ❤️ Great energy at the store! 🌟 …

The bracelet I got my daughter was fake. It was supposed to be black tourmaline and it scratched and turned out it’s plastic underneath. The owner was trying to hold it in her hand and claim to see if it has energy to tell if it’s real or not, when it’s clear to see it’s plastic. Then everybody else who worked there were trying to chime in and give their two cents, being very rude and telling me I don’t need to come back as they already have a lot of people going there.
Long story short, I ended up going to liberate your true self. The lady who worked there looked at the bracelet and said it’s clearly not real. She re beaded it for me. I will only be going to liberate your true self from now on.
I highly recommend going there for better customer service, and just real authentic crystals versus fake ones where the owner will try to claim it might be real.
