Its heavenly helping Carmelite sisters. Work does not feel like your working. Why you might ask? Because when a sister tells you "God reward you". God will bless you in His way. Thats good enough for me.

It’s a place to rest, relax, pray, and be at peace. The grounds are beautiful and the Sisters are very nice and easy to talk with. The Chapel is gorgeous in its simplicity.

I attended the silent retreat for a weekend and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. It can be beneficial to anyone regardless of their personal beliefs (I'm an agnostic atheist). The gardens are beautiful, there are many different areas to spend time in, the meals were yummy, the room was comfortable. Very wholesome and simple - just what I needed. I look forward to going back.
