Upon arrival to the facility, there was a gentleman named Michael that checks your temperature before entering the facility. He is rude, insensitive, and hostile. He definitely does not embody the credo CARTI is offering. CARTI insists on treating patients and there support like family members. Michael definitely missed that training day.

My spouse Lisa Lane uses your facility to do her radiation. We have loved it from the start the techs and nurses and Drs are so thorough and will answer any questions u have . She had a double mastectomy in June and has been so weery of having to be undressed in front of people but they have made it so easy for her and has been sensitive to her feelings . I thank y'all so much 🙏❤️
