Absolutely the worse, hopefully you don’t get stuck with these folks! Worst service always trying to shut off water just for the $ been with them since 2016 and have not had a month where my water bill was right or needed a new meter … More

I am very pleased with my experience here. Judy was a great help and went out of her way to set up a new account for a rental property I purchased. She followed up to help with billing and payments and when the water was turned on she called to let me know everything was ready. Utility company employees are notorious for poor customer service and a “don’t care” attitude. I found the exact opposite with Judy and I wish there were more people like her in different organizations like this one.

I have multiple properties that I have started or had water services installed with Cook Springs Water Authority. They have been very helpful and professional. Their personal attention and friendliness are just added bonuses I appreciate very much. A++++
