I am very pleased with my experience here. Judy was a great help and went out of her way to set up a new account for a rental property I purchased. She followed up to help with billing and payments and when the water was turned on she called to let me know everything was ready. Utility company employees are notorious for poor customer service and a “don’t care” attitude. I found the exact opposite with Judy and I wish there were more people like her in different organizations like this one.
