I had lumbar fusion surgery two years ago and it left me crippled, almost unable to walk. Each leg felt like it was “ unplugged” from my body and now weighed 150 pounds. I was very unsteady and every step was like putting a box on a high shelf, just difficult. So I sat mostly. I used to run before the surgery, apx 9-11 miles a day (the day before the surgery 10.2 miles for instance). Then after I could barely move from one room to another. Maybe 500 steps in a whole day. Chores went undone. My kids had to pick up the slack. I had to shut down my farm and nursery. Money became an emergency bc of all this. But now… One session two days ago and I’m just astounded at the difference it made. Ive just worked non stop for 7 hours! Haven’t even sat down! I haven’t worked non stop for 7 minutes since before the surgery 2 years ago, that’s how radical a change this is. Six loads of laundry, (all the way in the basement too), cleaned the fridge, baked a quiche, cleaned a friends apartment… and I’m not even tired in the least! It’s soo nice to have my legs back! I was a worker before the surgery and now I can be again. My brain is also now clear and …happy again like it’s had a flush out of the depressing thoughts which had been swirling around since the fusion. Christina is a genuine healer, very gifted and extremely valuable to our community. I’m so lucky I found her! Thank you Christina!

Christina is amazing. I had a pet reiki session with her and it was such a wonderful experience to witness. She was so great with my dogs. I had the session for my female dog, but my male dog was around and a bit anxious. She was great with him as well, helped to calm him while she worked on my girl. Dutchess was so comfortable with her she was even directing Christina’s hands on where she wanted them. 10/10 would recommend! ✨
