I have been going to Meditation on Monday nights with Judy for over two years now. I look forward to going each week! As soon as you walk through the door you will have a feeling of peace! Judy’s calming, angelic voice talks you through a different guided meditation each week depending on what she is told. You may be at the beach, in a valley of beautiful flowers or sitting on a porch talking to a loved one. The most important thing Judy says is just relax! The group of people who come each week are so kind, loving, easy to talk to, and non-judgmental! I highly recommend you come on a Monday night at 7:00 pm just to try! I guarantee you will leave feeling much lighter, happy, blessed and loved and you will want to definitely come back!!! Judy is a beautiful person on the inside and outside!
